PVVET Exam at Greenfield Community College

The PVVET will be holding an examination after the amateur radio classes at the Greenfield Community College’s East Buidling (Room TBD)

Please note the classes and the examination session are separate. Any possible fees are related to the classroom portion. The PVVET does not charge for examinations (GCC Website and Course page has old information). The public is welcome to attend the examination for free.

Candidates must obtain a FCC registration number (FRN) and pre-register at our website prior to the date of the examination. Candidates must bring proper identification. Upgrades must bring a signed photocopy of their license that will be given to the team.

It’s suggested that candidates bring writing utensils and a basic calculator. Smart phones or devices capable of mass storage can not be used as a calculator. We ask that all electronic devices to be turned off or silenced during the exam.

There will be signs directing you to where the examination is taking place.

The check-in process will start at approximately 7:00pm, exam starts after candidates checked in.
